John opened a package from his Mum today and said
"Man, did Mum miss the memo I was pre-diabetic?"  LMAO!
 No Worries Norma, he is already chowing down!
Luckily the good Dr says "All things in moderation"
He said "John, you are not the bread guy anymore"
He never said anything about the candy guy!  WOO HOO
